I created this simple Logo and Brand Guidelines for Arenite Property Ltd.

​

They are a small family run property renovation business, and they very much wanted their logo to show that they work in property and to reflect the idea of growth of investment.

They wanted their logo to be minimal, modern, clean and bold. And they were attracted to the teal and grey colour scheme from the outset.

I came up with a number of concepts for them to choose from as show here with the final choice at the top.
